Clearing Jams ˙When feeding paper from the multipurpose tray: 21 Set the dust cover on the paper cassette. 19 Load the paper into the paper cassette. 22 Open the rear cover. 20 Close the front panel of the paper cassette. This operation is required only when appears on the display. 23 Hold both sides of the jammed paper and gently pull it out upward. Troubleshooting - This operation is required only when appears on the display. - If the jammed paper is badly folded, similar to the folds of an accordion, ease the jammed paper loose and then pull it out from the machine. 11-8
