Power Supply, Remove the four screws that connect the power supply to the chassis

4.22 Power Supply WARNING: Power is continuous to the system board and power supply even when the power switch is turned off. To prevent damage to the unit, disconnect the power cord from the power source or the unit before beginning disassembly procedures. 1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Section 4.2). 2. Remove the access panel (Section 4.6). 3. Disconnect all power cables from the mass storage devices and the system board. 4. Remove the four screws that connect the power supply to the chassis 1. 5. Slide power supply toward the front of the computer until it clears the notches in the base pan 2. 6. Lift the power supply out of the computer 3. Removal & Replacement Procedures

Power Supply
WARNING:
Power is continuous to the system board and power supply even when the power
switch is turned off. To prevent damage to the unit, disconnect the power cord from the power
source or the unit before beginning disassembly procedures.
1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly (Section 4.2).
2.
Remove the access panel (Section 4.6).
3.
Disconnect all power cables from the mass storage devices and the system board.
4.
Remove the four screws that connect the power supply to the chassis

Slide power supply toward the front of the computer until it clears the notches in the
base pan

Lift the power supply out of the computer

To install the power supply, reverse the removal procedure.
