Edit these parameters for SMART-2DH Controller: Controller Order Under Advanced Features: Online Recovery Server Status PCI Memory Overlay Setting Press Enter to select the parameter to edit. To help you make the correct selections, explanations of these parameters are included below. Controller Order Select the order in which you want this SMART-2DH Controller to be recognized. All hard disk controllers, including the integrated controller on the system board, must be assigned a unique order number. First The primary disk controller that contains the boot disk. The first disk drive on this controller is the one that the server will boot from. Second The second disk controller. . . Fifteenth The fifteenth disk controller. When installing a SMART-2DH Controller, you must determine if the boot disk is to be handled by a SMART-2DH Controller or the integrated SCSI controller. If this SMART-2DH Controller will be the primary controller, choose First; a Configuration Changes screen is presented, indicating that if you accept this change, the integrated SCSI controller will be changed to Second automatically.
