3.37.4. LogReceiverSyslog Chapter 3. Configuration Reference HoldTime MinRepeatDelay LogThreshold Comments 3.37.4. LogReceiverSyslog The hold time in seconds during which the log threshold must be reached for an email to be sent. (Default: 120) The amount of seconds the security gateway will wait before sending another email. (Default: 600) The number of events that have to occur within the hold time for an email to be sent. (Default: 2) Text describing the current object. (Optional) Description A Syslog receiver is used to receive log events from the system in the standard Syslog format. Properties Name IPAddress Port Facility LogSeverity Comments Specifies a symbolic name for the log receiver. (Identifier) Specifies the IP address of the log receiver. Specifies the port number of the log service. (Default: 514) Specifies what facility is used when logging. (Default: local0) Specifies with what severity log events will be sent to the specified log receivers. (Optional; Default: Emergency,Alert,Critical,Error,Warning,Notice,Info) Text describing the current object. (Optional) 3.37.4.1.
