www.gateway.com Removing the front bezel Tip The bezel is the front "face" piece of your computer that has the optical drive faces and the brand logo. It must be removed for some upgrading tasks. To remove the front bezel: 1 Remove the side panels by following the instructions in "Removing the left side panel" on page 35 and "Removing the right side panel" on page 36. 2 Press the three bezel release tabs on the left side of the computer, then swing the left side of the bezel slightly away from the computer. Removing the front bezel
To remove the front bezel:
1
Remove the side panels by following the instructions in
“Removing the left side panel” on page 35
and
“Removing the right side panel” on page 36
.
