Get one bill for both domestic and international calls. In order to get the full benefits of Global Phone service you must subscribe to a Global Phone calling plan and ensure that you have the SIM Card installed. Go to verizonwireless.com/global for rates, countries, coverage limitations and features. Replacing the SIM Card Your phone comes with an installed SIM Card that enables you to make and receive calls and text messages while traveling outside of the U.S. in supported destinations. Should your SIM Card be lost or damaged, please follow these instructions to install a new SIM Card: 1. Remove the back cover and battery. See the Basics chapter for more information. 2. With the SIM Card's gold contacts facing down and its cut-off corner facing out, insert the SIM Card all the way into the SIM Card slot.
