Chapter 8 Working With Company Email and Meeting Requests 161 Out-of-office auto-reply Outlook E-mail allows you to retrieve and change your out-of-office status. Just like desktop Outlook, Outlook E-mail on your phone automatically sends an auto-reply message when you're not available. 1. Tap Start > Messaging > E-mail > Outlook E-mail. 2.
