Place Double Dish bowls in base. Use to dip fruit, cookies, or cake cubes. Caramel Fondue 1 (14-ounce) bag caramels (2 cups) 1 (6-ounce) box white baking chocolate 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk Place unwrapped caramels, white chocolate, and milk in the other Double Dish bowl. Place Double Dish bowls in base. Use to dip fruit, cookies, or cake cubes. Cover and cook: High - 45 minutes, then stir and cook another 15 minutes. Miscellaneous (Using traditional crock) Broasted New Potatoes 5 qt 6 or 7 qt 3 6 pounds (small) new red potatoes, unpeeled 1 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 2 envelopes zesty Italian dressing mix Potatoes should be the size of golf balls. If not, cut in half or quarter. Pour the oil in a plastic bag and add the potatoes and shake to coat well. Add the salad dressing mix and shake well until all the potatoes are coated. Place potatoes into the crock. Makes 8 or 14 servings. Cover and cook: Low - 7 to 8 hours OR High - 4 hours 22
