Integrity server support The following Integrity servers are EVA compatible: • rx8620 • rx7620 • rx5670 • rx4640 • rx26x0 • rx16x0 • Superdome Multiple-path support A Linux system with EVA4000/6000/8000 storage requires the installation of HP StorageWorks multipathing software on each host to achieve high-availability, multipath capability. For detailed multipathing information, see the HP StorageWorks Using the QLogic HBA driver for single-path or multi-path failover mode on Linux systems application notes. Boot support Boot from SAN is supported on the following Linux platforms: • SLES 8 SP4 • SLES 9 SP3 • Red Hat EL 3 U6 • Red Hat EL 4 U2 NOTE: Boot from SAN is not supported with a PCIe card. Failover/failback Failback preference settings for the HSV controllers are specific to the operating system.
