See "accessing the user's guide" on page 4 of this reference guide for instructions. what is the problem? The calibration page does not print. possible causes... to solve the problem... There is no paper in the paper tray. The top cover is not closed. Confirm that the paper tray is loaded. Close the top cover. The printer is not turned on. Press the Power button to turn the printer on. The print cartridges are not installed. The plastic tape is not removed from a print cartridge. Install print cartridges. Pull the pink tab to remove the plastic tape from the print cartridge. If you have tried all of the above but the calibration page still does not print, then send a print job to the printer. The calibration page will print after the print job. 8
