If the parameters are not defined in the profile, the default values are used. Interface configuration mode Use this command to apply a Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) profile on an interface. Use the no lldp profile command to delete the profile from the interface. You must use the profile command to create an LLDP profile before you can apply the profile to the interface. Only one LLDP profile can exist at any time for a particular interface. When this command is not present, the parameters defined in the global LLDP configuration are used.
