4. Apply a few drops of oil directly to the slider rod on either side of the carriage. Press OK when this has been done. 5. Clean the substrate jam reflector using a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water. If you find dried ink that you cannot remove, try using a lint-free cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol.
