Partition default attributes The pardefault command enables you to modify the current default values of certain generic nPartition attributes or attributes specific to an OS type. NOTE: The generic nPartition attributes are maintained independently for each supported OS type to provide better configuration flexibility. This means that an OS type is always selected during the creation of nPartition, with the default OS type being used if none is explicitly selected. The following example shows the output of the pardefault command executed on a system where the default values are not modified.
