Use this feature to compensate for offsets in the scanner imaging system (carriage head) for ADF and flatbed scans. You might need to calibrate the scanner if it is not capturing the correct sections of scanned documents. T.30 is the standard that specifies handshaking, protocols, and error correction between fax machines.
