You may be required to provide proof of purchase or lease as a condition of receiving software technical support. The Express Parts Program offers many benefits such as: Simple Removal of Parts: Most parts can easily be replaced by you with a screwdriver, some parts can be replaced without the use of a screwdriver. Faster Turnaround Time: If the part is in stock, HP will send it to you directly by courier. Repair at Your Convenience: A replacement part is shipped with detailed instructions directly to your home or office and you replace the part when it is convenient for you. A prepaid return air bill is included to make it easy for returning the defective part back to HP. If an HP Customer Support Specialist determines a hardware problem with your PC, and you are within the one-year Limited Warranty period, a replacement part will be shipped directly to you along with detailed instructions.
