The green Activity LED (A) will blink with I/O activity to the disk. An amber light (B in Figure 2) that is on briefly when a component first comes on is normal. If this light stays on more than a couple of seconds, a fault has been detected. See Table 2 for a full list of disk LED behaviors. If you observe different results, further Troubleshooting may need to be carried out. (See Chapter 4 of the HP StorageWorks Disk System 2300 User's Guide or HP StorageWorks Disk System 2405 User's Guide for troubleshooting procedures.)
