b. Use the 7 T-20 screws from the old controller PCA to mount the new controller PCA. c. Remount the cover with 6 T-20 screws. 4. If you inserted a screwdriver (or similar instrument) in the vertical motor gear box, remove it and allow the transport assembly to lower to the bottom of the chassis. 5. Download current code to the controller PCA and drives. You will use an external SCSI connector on the interface module mounted on the left side of the jukebox chassis. 6. Run the Wellness Test to verify installation. 7. Remove power from the jukebox. 8. Label the jukebox. a. Place the appropriate product upgrade label that came with this upgrade kit partially over the serial number label on the jukebox. Do not cover the serial number. Refer to Figure 8. The C1160 label is used when upgrading to the 4 drive / 64 slot jukebox. The C1170 label is used when upgrading to the 2 drive / 76 slot jukebox. Make sure the product number suffix (F, G, or H) matches the old product number suffix. Note: The label does NOT cover the original serial number. Hewlett-Packard Co.
