The tanks Solution (upper) tank The solution tank holds detergent and water that is to be dispersed onto the surface being cleaned. How to fill Disconnect cleaner from electrical outlet. HOOVER® Floor to Floor™ Cleaner. Check for worn spots or joint separations before using, as these conditions could lead to damaged flooring when using water to clean floor. NOTE: For cleaning ceramic and other tiles, some models include a set of grout brushes with gray bristles. Use these for tile floors where extra attention is needed for cleaning grout.
