ASSEMBLY of 4 Nm. After the machine has been in use for around 20 hours, re-tighten the screws to 4 Nm. A • Adjust the shoulder straps to distribute the load evenly across your shoulders. • Tighten the chest strap under your left arm so that it fits closely around your body.
