Installing batteries
To install the batteries:

Make sure that power cord is unplugged.

Remove the battery compartment cover.

Insert eight type C batteries (not included) into the battery
compartment. Make sure that you align the + and – symbols on
the batteries with the + and – symbols inside the battery
compartment.
