| To maintain maximum stability, position the rear wheels in the most rearward position in the axle mounting plate. Moving the rear wheels to any of the other mounting positions causes the wheelchair to decrease in stability. |

| To determine and establish your particular safety limits, practice bending, reaching and transferring activities in several combinations in the presence of a qualified health professional before attempting active use of the wheelchair. |

| Anti-tippers must be used at all times. When outdoors on wet, soft ground or on gravel surfaces, anti-tippers may not provide the same level of protection against tip over. Extra caution must be observed when traversing such surfaces. |

| Mounting the front casters on the inside of the wheelchair frame will reduce the stability of the wheelchair. Try various front caster positions to find the safest front caster position for your needs. |

| DO NOT operate on roads, streets or highways. |
