CD/Audio file (USB/iPod/Internal Memory) control features Drive Search Selecting the device inserted in the Multi Card Reader. 1 Put the playback to pause Press the Control knob. 2 Select a device Push the Control knob towards up or down. 3 Restart playback Press the Control knob. ⁄ • This unit is compliant with Multi Card Readers with a maximum of 4 slots. • If a device is inserted during connection of the Multi Card Reader, it is not recognized. Select the Remove mode with reference to (page 31), remove the Card Reader, and then insert the memory. Fast Forwarding and Reversing Fast Forwarding Hold down toward [¢] with the Control knob. Release to resume the playback. Reversing Hold down toward [4] with the Control knob. Release to resume the playback. ⁄ • There is no sound while the Audio file is being searched. Music Search Switching between music contained in the disc or folder being played now. Push the Control knob towards [4] or [¢]. Function of disc changer/ Audio file Disc Search/Folder/Album Search Switching between folders/albums contained in the disc changer, media, or device being played now. Push the Control knob towards up or down. ⁄ • Disabled when "RESUMING" is displayed on the iPod. Function of remote control Direct Music Search Doing Music Search by entering the music number. 1 Enter the music number Press the number buttons on the remote control. ⁄ • You can select Direct music Search up to 999. 2 Do music Search Press the [4] or [¢] button. Cancelling Direct Music Search Press the [38] button. ⁄ • This function is not available on iPod and the music edited by "Music Editor". Function of disc changers with remote control Direct Disc Search Doing Disc Search by entering the disc number. 1 Enter the disc number Press the number buttons on the remote control. 2 Do Disc Search Press the [FM+] or [AM-] button.
