EasyConvect™ Conversion A B C D A. Broil element B. Convection fan C. Convection element D. Convection grid Convection cooking uses the convection element, the broil element and the fan. Hot air is circulated throughout the oven cavity by the fan. The constantly moving air surrounds the food to heat the outer portion quickly. s The convect function may be used to cook small amounts of food on a single rack. s Always use the convection grid placed on turntable or baking tray. s Always use the turntable "On" option when convection cooking with the convection grid (default setting). s Do not cover turntable or convection grid or baking tray with aluminum foil. s Do not use light plastic containers, plastic wrap or paper products. All heatproof cookware or metal utensils can be used in convection cooking. Round pizza pans are excellent for convection cooking. 17
