Getting started Automatic on and off The PULSE Digital Frame turns on when you plug it in for the first time; then, according to the factory defaults, saves energy by turning on and off automatically as described below. Energy saver auto on/off The PULSE Digital Frame turns itself on in the morning and off at night (usually on at 8:00 AM and off at 10:00 PM). NOTE: You can press the power button at any time to turn the digital frame on or off. Activity sensors The new PULSE Digital Frame has activity sensors, an added energy-saving feature. ■ The activity sensors turn on the digital frame when light and sound are detected in the room. When lower levels of light or sound are detected, the sensors turn off the digital frame. ■ For more details about the activity sensors, see page 32. How do I know which model I have? Automatic on and off
The PULSE Digital Frame turns on when you plug it in for the first time; then,
according to the factory defaults, saves energy by turning on and off automatically as
described below.
Energy saver auto on/off
The PULSE Digital Frame turns itself on in the morning and off at night (usually on at
8:00 AM and off at 10:00 PM).
NOTE: You can press the power button at any time to turn the digital frame on or off.
Activity sensors
The new PULSE Digital Frame has activity sensors, an added energy-saving feature.

The activity sensors turn on the digital frame when light and sound are detected in
