Troubleshooting and support Troubleshooting problems with your digital frame Problem Try one or more of the following My digital frame screens are in the wrong language. ■ Touch Back until the language screen is displayed. Reselect your language. ■ On your computer, sign on to your kodakpulse.com account, click Frame Settings -> Advanced, and select your language from the drop-down list. ■ Reset your digital frame. IMPORTANT: Resetting the digital frame deletes all pictures, deactivates the digital frame from your kodakpulse.com account, and returns all settings to factory defaults. The digital frame is reset and returns to the initial language screen. See page 4 to reselect you language, reconnect to your wireless network, and reactivate the digital frame.
