Chapter 7 Transferring Pictures To transfer pictures from the camera to the computer: 1 Dock the camera in the EASYSHARE Camera Dock. 2 Press the Connect button. m The Dock light blinks green while the connection to the computer is active. m KODAK Picture Transfer Software automatically opens on the computer and pictures are transferred. You can also transfer pictures manually while the green light is blinking (page 36). m Then, KODAK Picture Software opens so you can work with pictures on the computer. Using a Tripod A tripod provides stability. Connect a tripod directly to the camera tripod socket, rather than through the Dock. The tripod socket is located on the bottom of the camera. Transferring Pictures
To transfer pictures from the camera to the computer:

Dock the camera in the EASYSHARE Camera
Dock.

Press the Connect button.

The Dock light blinks green while the
connection to the computer is active.

KODAK Picture Transfer Software automatically opens on the computer and
pictures are transferred. You can also transfer pictures manually while the
green light is blinking (
page 36
).

Then, KODAK Picture Software opens so you can work with pictures on the
computer.
Using a Tripod
A tripod provides stability. Connect a tripod directly to the camera tripod
socket, rather than through the Dock.
The tripod socket is located on the bottom
of the camera.
