Creation and Editing of Headers/Footers Updating from USB Memory ① Save the header/footer file in the USB memory. Do not save within a folder of the USB memory. When USB memory is inserted in the USB port of the Copyboard, the Copyboard will search for the .hfd file. If the file has been saved within a folder, reading of the file will not be possible. Note also that you should save only the target file. Reading will not be possible when multiple header/footer files exist. ② Insert the saved USB memory into the USB port of the Copyboard. When the header/footer file has been found, [HF] will flash in the display window of the Copyboard. ③ Press the [Save] button of the Copyboard control panel. When the updating of the header/footer information is completed, the Copyboard display window will change to display [H1]. Press a button other than "Save" or "Feed/Stop" ("Page change" on model M-125) on the main unit's control panel. [H1] of the Copyboard display window will change to the [01] display and the normal mode will be set. To restore the header/footer to the default setting (only the date and time displayed), press the "Feed/Stop" button (the "Page change" buttons on model M-125).
