English Troubleshooting Solving Malfunctions The table below provides general guidelines for problem solving. If a problem occurs with your copier, check the checkpoints and perform procedures indicated on the following pages. If the problem persists, contact your Service Representative. Is the side feeder installed correctly on the copier? Is the indicated cassette out of paper? Is the maximum storage capacity of the side feeder exceeded? - - Install the side feeder securely - to the copier. Load paper. page 10 Remove paper from the side feeder so that it becomes less than the maximum capacity. page 10 If a paper jam occurs, the location of the jam is indicated on the touch panel and the copier stops.
