PARENTAL CONTROL /RATINGS MOVIE & TV RATING Movie Rating (MPAA) Blocks movies according to the movie ratings limits specified, so children cannot view certain movies. You can set the ratings limit by blocking out all the movies with the ratings above a specified level. Keep in mind that the movie ratings limit only applies to movies shown on TV, not TV programs, such as soap operas. 1 Press the M E N U button and then use D or E button to select the Option menu. 2 Press the G button and then use the D or E button to select Lock. 3 Press the G button and then use the D or E button to select MPAA. 4 Press the G button and then use the D or E button to select block options. I Unblocked (Permits all programs) I G & above (General audience) I PG & above (Parental guidance suggested) I PG-13 & above (Parents strongly cautioned) I R & above (Restricted) I NC-17 & above (No one 17 and under admitted) I X (Adult only) G If you set PG-13 & above : G and PG movies will be available, PG-13, R, NC-17 and X will be blocked. 5 Press EXIT button to return to TV viewing or press MENU button to return to the previous menu.
