For your reference FM Stereo Press MONO/STEREO repeatedly on the front panel until "ST" appears in the display. Weak FM stations Press MONO/STEREO on the front panel until the "ST" word disappears from the display. Background noise will be reduced but the signal reproduced will be mono. To restore stereo reception, press MONO/STEREO on the front to select STEREO. Tuning Stations Automatically Hold down 4 TUNING 3 on the front panel or hold down 1 and 2 on the remote control for 1 or 2 seconds, and the next station is searched for automatically. ote The search may not tune in or stop at a station with a very weak signal.
