The information in this chapter helps you identify parts on the system board. Also, instructions are provided for accessing and installing options on the system board. For example, you must have access to the system board to install system memory. Before you begin Read "Electrical Safety" on page 4 and "Handling Static-Sensitive Devices" on page 5. Read the instructions that come with the option you want to install or replace. Turn off the computer and all other connected devices. Disconnect all external cables and power cords.
