Using printer menus Menu selection Orientation Purpose Sets the page orientation for HTML documents. Values Portrait* Landscape Margin Size Backgrounds Sets the page margin for HTML 8 mm-255 mm documents. (19 mm*) Specifies whether to print backgrounds in HTML documents. Print* Do not print Portrait*-Prints text and graphics parallel to the short edge of the paper. Landscape-Prints text and graphics parallel to the long edge of the paper. You can set the margin from 8 to 255 mm in 1 mm increments. Print*-Prints HTML backgrounds. Do Not Print-Does not print HTML backgrounds. Image Menu This menu selection is used to change the size or orientation of a printed image, or to invert a printed image. Menu selection Auto Fit Purpose Selects optimal paper size, scaling, and orientation. Values On* Off Invert Scaling Orientation Inverts bi-tonal monochrome images. Scales the image to fit media size. Sets the image orientation. On Off* Anchor Top Left Best Fit* Anchor Center Fit Height / Width Fit Height Fit Width Portrait* Landscape Rev Portrait Rev Landscape Note: When set to On, this setting overrides the scaling setting and can override the orientation setting for some images. Note: Does not apply to GIF or JPEG. Note: When the Auto Fit setting is set to On, Scaling is automatically set to Best Fit. Portrait*-Prints text and graphics parallel to the short edge of the paper. Landscape-Prints text and graphics parallel to the long edge of the paper. 36
