4520-xxx Fuser Cover Removal 1. Remove the fuser assembly. 2. Note the thermistor cable routing and disconnect the cable from the fuser board. 3. Disconnect the AC fuser lamp cable from the top left side of the fuser cover. 4. Remove the two screws (A) from the right side fuser lamp contact cover. 5. Remove screw (B) that attaches the fuser lamp contact to the fuser cover, on each end of the cover. 6. Detent the latch (C), and remove the cover. 7. Detent the latch (C), and remove the cover. 4-30 Service Manual

Fuser Cover Removal
1.
Remove the fuser assembly.
2.
Note the thermistor cable routing and disconnect the cable from
the fuser board.
3.
Disconnect the AC fuser lamp cable from the top left side of the
fuser cover.
4.
Remove the two screws (A) from the right side fuser lamp
contact cover.
5.
Remove screw (B) that attaches the fuser lamp contact to the
fuser cover, on each end of the cover.
6.
Detent the latch (C), and remove the cover.
7.
Detent the latch (C), and remove the cover.
