4099 Sheet Feeder Assembly Removal 1. Remove the front cover. 2. Remove the base cover assembly. Note the position of the access cover sensor actuator in the sheet feeder assembly. 3. Remove the two screws holding the sheet feeder to the carrier frame assembly. 4. Remove the sheet feeder assembly mounting screw from the gear plate assembly. 5. Remove the sheet feeder assembly from the carrier frame assembly. System Board Removal 1. Remove the front cover. 2. Remove the base cover assembly. 3. Remove the sheet feeder assembly. 4. Disconnect all connectors from the system board. Note the cable routings. 5. Remove the four mounting screws from the system board. Sheet Feeder Assembly Removal
1. Remove the front cover.
2. Remove the base cover assembly. Note the position of the
access cover sensor actuator in the sheet feeder assembly.
3. Remove the two screws holding the sheet feeder to the carrier
frame assembly.
4. Remove the sheet feeder assembly mounting screw from the
gear plate assembly.
5. Remove the sheet feeder assembly from the carrier frame
assembly.
System Board Removal
1. Remove the front cover.
2. Remove the base cover assembly.
3. Remove the sheet feeder assembly.
4. Disconnect all connectors from the system board. Note the
cable routings.
5. Remove the four mounting screws from the system board.
Warning:
When removing the system board, be careful not to
damage the end-of-forms flag.
