18 Using the Tutorial Can I Get Help While I'm Using the Magellan RoadMate? The Magellan RoadMate has a built-in Tutorial that you can view or refer to anytime the Magellan RoadMate is turned on. Do not attempt to view the tutorial while you are driving. If you are operating the vehicle, please come to a complete stop before reviewing the tutorial topics. To access the Tutorial, press the Option button and select "Tutorial" from the list of options. You are presented with a list of topics to select from: 1. Use the tutorial 2. Tour the Magellan RoadMate 3. Read the Guidance screen 4. Use the QuickSpell screen 5. Select a User 6. Enter a street address 7. Follow basic navigation steps 8. Enter an intersection 9. Select a Point of Interest 10. Select previous destinations 11. Determine current location 12. Store an address 13. Exclude a route segment 14. Use the trip computer 15. Personalize settings Select the tutorial topic that interests you and press Enter. Moving Around the Tutorial To skip ahead one step within a topic: To go back one step within a topic: To exit the Tutorial: Press right side of 8-way arrow keypad. Select the tutorial topic that interests you and
press
Enter
.
The Magellan RoadMate has a built-in Tutorial that you can view or refer to anytime
the Magellan RoadMate is turned on.
