SETTING PARENTAL CONTROL (CONTINUED) TV RATING SET-UP 1 2 Change password V chip TV Rating MPAA Rating Return Enter the V-CHIP menu screen as described on page 28. 3 Press the CHANNEL/Navigation UP 1 or DOWN 2 button until TV-RATING is selected, then press the VOLUME UP button 3 to select it. 4 To Block or Unblock a rating, use the CHANNEL/Navigation UP 1 or DOWN 2 button to select the desired rating in the ALL column (see menu above). On the TV screen, the letter "B" indicates the rating is Blocked and "U" indicates Unblocked. Press the ENTER/MENU button 3 to Block or Unblock the rating. NOTE: • When you unblock a rating, all lower ratings will also be unblocked. Similarly, when you block a rating, all higher ratings will also be blocked. • Inside the TV-Rating menu, you can only select "B" or "U" under the ALL column (not the FV column, V column, etc.). FV: Fantasy Violence S: Sexual Situations D: Suggestive V: Violence Dialogue L: Adult Language To exit the TV-Rating, press the FREEZE/EXIT MENU button to confirm the setting and return to the previous menu.
