Recommended Stretches 1. Shoulder Stretch Pull your elbow across your chest using your free hand to cradle the elbow. 5. Lower Back and Hips Stretch Pull each knee to your chest and then pull both knees to your chest at the same time. 2. Back and Arms Stretch Pull your elbow behind your head. Keep your head facing forward. 6. Inner Thigh Stretch Put your feet together and press your knees toward the floor. 3. Quadricep Stretch Pull your heel slowly toward your buttocks. 7. Hamstring Stretch Position your legs as shown and bend forward from your hips. 4. Calf Stretch Extend one leg behind and keep the heel on the floor.
