General Information The Flash DIMM card can be used to store fonts and overlays (PCL Macros), both of which are downloaded to the DIMM using the Storage Device Manager (SDM) software supplied on the CD with the kit. Fonts Fonts in either of the following formats can be stored: • .ttf (TrueType fonts) • .sfp (PCL bitmap fonts) Overlays: PCL Macros Overlays such as • letterheads • logos • forms, etc. can be stored on the Flash DIMM, then used in printed documents. 2 General Information
