Print settings (DPOF) Print reservation allows you to save printing data (the number of prints and the date and time information) with the pictures stored on the card. With print reservation, you can print out pictures easily either at home using a personal DPOF-compatible printer or at a photo store that supports DPOF. DPOF is a standard format used to record automatic print information from digital cameras. • Only the images stored on the card can be reserved to print. Insert a card with recorded pictures into the camera before making print reservations. • DPOF reservations set by another device cannot be changed by this camera. Make changes using the original device. If a card contains DPOF reservations set by another device, entering reservations using this camera may overwrite the previous reservations. • You can make DPOF print reservations for up to 999 images per card. • Not all functions may be available on all printers, or at all photo stores. Making a print reservation 1 Press m in playback mode and select [PRINT ORDER]. 2 Select [P] or [U], and press e. PRINT ORDER P Makes a print reservation for the selected picture. U Makes print reservations for all the pictures stored on the < card. U • When [U] is selected, go to step 5. When [P] is selected 3 Press 43 to select the frames for print reservations, and then press 12 to set the number of prints. • You cannot make print reservations for pictures with n. • Repeat Step 3 to make print reservations for other pictures. 4 When you finish making print reservations, press e. 5 Select the date and time print setting, and press e. NO The pictures are printed without the date and time. DATE The selected pictures are printed with the shooting date. TIME The selected pictures are printed with the shooting time. 6 Select [SET], and press e. Print reservation allows you to save printing data (the number of prints and the date and time
information) with the pictures stored on the card.
With print reservation, you can print out pictures easily either at home using a personal
DPOF-compatible printer or at a photo store that supports DPOF. DPOF is a standard format
used to record automatic print information from digital cameras.
Only the images stored on the card can be reserved to print. Insert a card with recorded
pictures into the camera before making print reservations.
DPOF reservations set by another device cannot be changed by this camera. Make
changes using the original device. If a card contains DPOF reservations set by another
device, entering reservations using this camera may overwrite the previous reservations.
You can make DPOF print reservations for up to 999 images per card.
