Select the settings for the functions while referring to "Using the Menu" (p. 3). Turning on the camera with the K or q button [K/q] E SETUP X K/q Selecting the menu screen color and background [MENU COLOR] E SETUP X MENU COLOR Submenu 2 YES NO Application Pressing K turns on the camera and starts the camera in the shooting mode. Pressing q turns on the camera and starts the camera in the playback mode. The power is not turned on. To turn on the camera, press the n button. Submenu 2 NORMAL/ COLOR 1/ COLOR 2/ COLOR 3 Application Selects the menu screen color or background image according to your preference. The shooting mode is set to P mode when the camera is turned on.
