Shooting with automatic settings (A mode) The camera will automatically select the optimal shooting mode for the scene. This is a fully automatic mode that allows you to take a picture suited to the scene by simply pressing the shutter button. Settings in the shooting function menu are not available in A mode. Shooting movies (n mode) Audio is recorded with the movie. 1 Set the mode dial to n. A mode indicator 1 Set the mode dial to A. The indicator changes to the icon for the scene mode selected by the camera.
