Auto Flash AUTO The flash fires automatically when there is insufficient light or when there is backlighting. Set the flash mode to AUTO. Press the shutter release button halfway to make sure lights in the viewfinder. Note: If you press the shutter release button with blinking in the viewfinder, the shutter won't release. This is because the flash is being recharged. Remove your finger from the shutter release button, and wait until recharging finishes. 28

Press the shutter release

blinking in the viewfinder, the shutter
won't release. This is because the flash is
