3.3 Operator/Manager Service Features The 301st Call Log, Incoming in the Common Area Treatment When the call log is full in the common area (300 calls are stored), you can select how the 301st call is treated. Either a new call can be disregarded or the new call can overwrite the oldest call that has been already confirmed (Default: Record the new call.). Overwriting the call log in the common area PT 7373 Lift the handset or press SP-PHONE. Dial 7373. Dial #. Confirmation tone and dial tone Hang up or press SP-PHONE. Incoming Log Off Conditions PT • When "Disregarding the 301st call in the common area" has been set and 300 calls are logged or all of the old information has been overwritten, the Caller ID Selection - Common button indicator lights and informs you that no more calls can be logged. Treatment
