Problem Remedy The handset display exits the Caller List. •Do not pause for over 60 seconds while searching. When a second call is received during a conversation, the unit does not display the new caller's name and/or phone number. •The line mode selection is incorrect. You cannot page the handset. •The handset is too far from the base unit. •The handset is engaged in an outside call, viewing the Caller List/directory list.
