Listening to Messages You can see the total number of recorded messages on the base unit display. If the NEW MESSAGE indicator flashes on the base unit, new messages have been recorded. Voice Day/Time Stamp: During playback, the unit will announce the day and time when each message was recorded (p. 13). To play back messages Base Unit Press [MESSAGE]. NEW MESSAGE Indicator • The unit announces the number of new messages and only new messages are played back. • When you have no new messages, the unit announces "No new messages. All message playback" and plays back all messages. [MESSAGE] • When you have no messages, the unit announces "No messages". • During playback, the display shows the message number. • At the end of the last message, "End of final message" is heard. The unit will announce the remaining recording time if it is less than 3 minutes. • If a call is received during playback, the handset rings and playback stops. Listening to Messages
You can see the total number of recorded messages on the base unit
display. If the NEW MESSAGE indicator flashes on the base unit, new
messages have been recorded.
To play back messages
Press
[MESSAGE]

• The unit announces the number of
new messages and only new
messages are played back.
• When you have no new
messages, the unit announces “

new messages. All message playback
