Preparation Using the navigator key The handset navigator key can be used to navigate through menus and to select items shown on the display by pressing {^}, {V}, {}. To adjust the receiver or speaker volume, press {^} to increase the volume, or press {V} to decrease the volume repeatedly while talking. Volume up {^} {} {V} Volume down Connections Connect the AC adaptor cord (A) by pressing the plug firmly (B). Connect the telephone line cord until it clicks into the base unit and telephone line jack (C). Base unit L Use only the supplied Panasonic AC adaptor PQLV207. L Use only the supplied telephone line cord. Using another telephone line cord may not allow the unit to work properly. Soft keys The handset features 2 soft keys. By pressing a soft key, you can select the feature shown directly above it on the display.
