Display message Busy Error!! ---Incomplete--Phonebook full No link to base. Move closer to base, try again. Phonebook full No items stored Please lift up and try again. System is busy. Store VM access# Cause & solution L The called handset is in use.*1 L The handset you tried to copy phonebook items to is in use.*1 L The handset you are calling is too far from the base unit.*1 L When you tried to register the handset, the handset and the base unit could not link for some reason, such as interference from electrical appliances. Move the handset and the base unit away from the electrical appliances and try again. L Another handset tried to send phonebook items to you but there was an error. Have the other handset user resend the items to you (page 23).*1 L When the phonebook item(s) was(were) sent to another handset, the handset's phonebook memory was full and copying stopped. Press {OFF} to exit. Erase items from the other handset's phonebook (page 22). When phonebook memory is available, you can copy all phonebook items (page 24) or individual items one by one (page 23, 24).*1 L The handset has lost communication with the base unit. Move closer to the base unit, and try again. L Confirm that the base unit's AC adaptor is plugged in. L Raise the base unit antennas. L The handset's registration may have been canceled. Re-register the handset (page 40). L There is no space to store new items in the phonebook. Erase unnecessary items (page 22). L Your phonebook or redial list is empty. L A handset button was pressed while the handset was on the base unit or charger. Lift the handset and press the button again. L The handset has lost communication with the base unit.
