Note: When the keyguard is on, you must turn it off before you can use the phone.  Select Keyguard.  You are asked 'Guard Keypad?'. Press Q. You can also set the keyguard directly from the idle screen:  Press and hold down Q.  Select Keyguard.  You are asked 'Guard Keypad?'. Press Q. To turn off the keyguard:  From idle mode press Q.  You are asked 'Free keypad?'. Press Q. Changing the key volume The key volume is the volume of the tone made when you press a key.  Select Key Volume.  Use e to move the volume level between 0 and 4. Changing the key tone The key tone is the sound made when you press a key.  Select Key Tone.  Select the tone you want. Choosing the key to use for the answer key You can choose whether to use any key or just the send key (D) to answer a call.  Select Answer Key.  Select Any Key or Send Key. Settings 45
