Taking Pictures Shutter release button Four-way controller OK button Reducing Camera Shake and Blurring in Pictures (Blur reduction Mode) Blur reduction mode allows you to set the sensitivity higher than other modes to reduce camera shake and blurring. Shutter speed and aperture are set 4 automatically according to the sensitivity value you set. Use the mode under the shooting conditions that the camera shake or blurring tend to occur. 1 Press the four-way controller (3) in Capture mode. The Mode Palette appears. 2 Use the four-way controller (2345) to select (Blur reduction mode). Blur reduction 3 Press the OK button. 4 Press the shutter release button halfway. MENU Cancel OK OK The focus frame on the LCD monitor will light green when the camera is in focus. 5 Press the shutter release button fully. The picture is taken. • The recorded pixels are fixed to 5M and cannot be changed. • When Sensitivity is set to AUTO, the sensitivity will automatically be set to maximum ISO 1600. The ISO Correction range can be set to maximum ISO 64-1600.(1p.92) 67
