Getting Started Initial Settings Set the language, time and date before you start taking pictures for the 1 first time. Four-way controller 4 button 3 button The [Language/ ] screen appears when the camera is turned on for the first time. Follow the procedures in "Selecting the Display Language" below to set the language, and in "Setting the Date and Time" (p.29) to set the current date and time. Go to "Setting the Date and Time" (p.29) if the [Date Adjust] screen appears. Selecting the Display Language 1 Use the four-way controller (2345) to choose the desired display language. 2 Press the 4 button. The [Date Adjust] screen appears.
